Bulgaria Up to €11 (calculated at checkout based on weight & COD option) 2–4 business days
European Union (EU) Up to €20 (calculated at checkout based on country & weight) 4–14 business days

Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped with reliable, trackable courier services (e.g., Speedy/DPD, DHL, or equivalent). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders delivered within the EU include all necessary VAT and taxes.

  • Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Risk of Loss

In accordance with EU law, risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or someone you designate) take physical possession of the goods.


Returns & Cancellations

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at info@yimo.design within 14 days of delivery.

YIMO’s Return Policy

  • We also offer a 30‑day return window (from delivery date) for eligible items.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.

  • You must include proof of purchase.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom‑made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@yimo.design immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
