Lighting plays a particularly important role. A lamp is not only a source of illumination - it becomes part of the atmosphere of a room. Its shape, surface, and the way it interacts with light can transform the feeling of a space.
The first YIMO lighting collection was created with this idea in mind: selecting pieces where form, texture, and presence work together.
Many of the designs in the collection are produced using 3D printing. This approach allows for sculptural geometries and distinctive layered textures that would be difficult to achieve through traditional manufacturing methods. Rather than hiding these textures, the designs embrace them - allowing the material and process to remain visible.
The result is a collection of objects that feel both contemporary and tactile. Each lamp is chosen for the way it interacts with light and the way it naturally draws the eye within a room.
Some pieces create soft ambient lighting. Others project subtle shadows that add depth and movement to a wall.
Together, they form a collection of lighting objects designed to shape atmosphere and bring character to a space.
